WOULD THIS WORK?

I would like to transfer the wet/dry bio balls from a seasoned tank into a new one I'm getting next week. In fact I would like to use some of the seasoned water too. I keep my water at its best. The seasoned tank is going bye, bye. Would this work to jump start the cycling of my new tank. Would it in fact be enough to season it immediately. Still learning! I would appreciate your experienced advise.

That's the best way to do it! You will have the bacteria you need immediately, if you are stocking the same bioload initially.

The bio-balls will work fine. I wouldn't bother transferring any water. Just use new, aged water to fill your new tank.

RyanH is correct tansfer the bioballs, fill the tank with clean, aged water and your tank is instantly cyclked and ready to go :)
