Is my cobbalt blue ready for breeding?

I have a tank with about 1 fish (5"CB) and 3 BD fish about 3.5". First, I have a pot with plant in it. The CB was trying to pick food on the pot. I removed the pot. Then, CB is trying to pick on the PVC which is the dirty water overflow. Lately, I noticed that the CB is wiggling the bottom fin a lot. And trying to be with the BD and but when feeding time come the CB chases the BD. Is this a sign that the CB wants to breed now? Thanks for your info.

Hey Lito,,my guess is that the Cobalt Blue is a female and sounds like she wants to lay eggs soon....the blue diamonds being 3.5 inches probrobly too young and not interested in pairing up with your cb yet,,
