Problems with ordering live food

Has anyone besides me had any problems getting worms from Fishnfry? I ordered some close to 2 weeks ago, and they still havent arrived. Those people will stay in contact with you, but its always your worms are on their way or we have sent another shipment. I would be very cautious about ordering from them. Just curious.

Unfortunately there comes a time when
we just cannot make everyone happy.
We do try and I believe most of you
