They are about 17 of them VRs.
They were growing very well, till last week, they have turned dark and aren't eating regularly.
The only thing, that can have gone wrong is. Due to clogged gutters, my house has been infested with skeeters. They come in swarms. I may have spread a little allethrin in the room using a mosquito repellant mat for two nights. The advent of this problem coincides with this.
There are another dozen or so VRs from the same batch in another tank, who did not feel a thing and are growing well. They go through the same W/C and feeding routine. Only their tank is placed a shelf higher.
Water parameters are good. About 50% W/C thrice a day.
I switch off the heater during the day. Temp can come down to upto 70 F during the day and go upto 80 F during the night. I have a drip system for W/C.
As of now, I have added some salt, that's all. I am loathe to using meds till I absolutely must.
Breathing is pretty okay.
