There are p[roducts you can buy to raise pH. But before we start on that lets figure our what type of water you have.
Do you know the GH (hardness) and KH (buffer) of your water? You can buy a GH and KH test kit from Aquarium Parmaceuticals for about $10 either from l fish store or online.)
Is the pH of fresh tap water different tha the pH of water that has been in the fish tank for 24 hours?
