Need Food recipe for wigglers

I've got about 75 white eggs with 3 wigglers in a 2 gal tank with airstone. Need a recipe and procedures for feeding them away from parents.

If the eggs are white it means the male didnt fertilize them and wont become wigglers. There is a great article on the SimplyDiscus main page That I kinda based off of I think it is titled "Fry Rearing".That should give you some insite on what to do. As for a recipe there a bunch out there, I forgot the one I used to use :(. HTH
