bactirial infection

i have a fish i thought it had bloat i have treated it with epson salt for 2 days
no change i had started a thread (sick fish) carol sead it mite be bactial infection i read on a old post that they treated with maracyn-2 and it worked
it was sead that kanamycin was the way to go but thats not my Q
will i need to treat the whole tank or just the one fish ?
all the other fish are doing fine it' just the one fish
can it go from one fish to the other's?

If you are going to use an antibiotic like kanacyn I would treat just the affected fish in a quarantine or hospital tank. Antibiotics may kill your filters. Other fish should stay healthy.
