HI I HAVE A OCEAN GREEN THAT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS BACK TAIL FIN ABOUT A 1/4" IN IS PALE/FLESH IN COLOR. THE REST OF IS BODY IN NORMAL VERY NICE, AGGRESIVE AND EATING WELL. IT HAS NOTHING GROWING ON OR OUT OF IT. HAS ANYBODY HAD THIS PROBLEM OR KNOW WHAT IT IS? :confused:

It will be a bit difficult to know exactly what it is without a picture. See if you can get a picture and post it. It will help out a great deal. Thanks

my bd's have the same thing do u use color feed ?
when i stop useing color feed the flesh color goes away. i will see if i have a pic it's right at the base of the tail pretty much
maybe some one on here knows more about it than i do and give us both a answer

I DO FEED TETRA BITS. BUT I ALSO FEED BLOOD WORM,BH, BRINE AND LIVE BW . MY DISCOLORATION SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE WIDER.

it mit be the brine shrimp i think they will enhance the color not to sure
i'm sure some one on here will know more about it
i feed mine bh earthworm bits,egg bits,color bits ,and spirilin bits
not to sure on the spelling eather lol
