HI all,
I was just feeding the fish and dropped in some of this recipe:
approx 1 1/4 lbs beefheart
approx 1/2 lb fresh shrimp
several cloves of garlic
4 one-a-day type vitamins
one can pink salmon
4 Knox gelatin sachets
1/2 can chicken stock
I think that was it. I forgot a few items to throw in when it was all done! The ideas were banana, brewers yeast (I have a fair amt of that laying around...I perfer the liquid in that case) spinach and oh carrots, and who knows what else. That was frustrating. Oh well, there is take 2, later today/tomorrow or whenever I get around to it.
