I have a female discus that was with a male for about two years ..she lays eggs consistently..the male looked like he was fertilizing the eggs..but all eggs turned white next day..about 2 months ago I gave her a difffernt male ...she accepted him and she layed eggs about 5 times now..he dosent even make pass at the eggs..he seems to exhibit dancing etc..before "mating"..and i can see that he has his (i dont know what its called) out and extentended.how do I get him to fertilize the eggs?

since the other fish did not lay eggs! i have had two females in the past they both laid eggs..
the "males" are very large ,,have pointed top fins..long wisp in the back of dorsal fin..and the thing is clearly pointed not fat and blunt.
hmmmm...my "males"maybe females ..i never thought of that.
