Jay,
With Zebra plecos status on the export lists being what it currently is , that fish is rare and in high demand. Prices are going to be very high for wilds, and even the tank raised will be expensive.

Best bet is to check on aquabid..A few breeders sell them there. They won't be cheap though.

The going price appears to be $200 UP ... sorry, they will not be cheap.

You can try Plant Catfish http://www.planetcatfish.com/

Zebra plecos are not bred commercially ... you may find a hobbyiest with a few offspring. They only seem to produce small batches.

Even my source has them up to $200.00 ea. Six months ago I was getting them for $85.00 but the way things are the price will only go up.

Never bought from these guys but $45.00 for zebra plecos seems like a deal from reading this thread. LOL

did you talk to king ed? if you go when they are unbagging..they will sell to you in the bag..for a bit over their cost. but you gotta be there when they are dragging the styros in. ask them what they can get them for. arent zebras the ones that hide in the day? maybe you need a snowball one. their cool..they need driftwood..mine lived great till i put it in with the discus with no wood. then it keeled over after a bit.
