Is it safe to use Ro mixed with RO waste for Breeders?

Hi,
I have been getting conflicting answers to wether it is OK to mix RO water with RO waste water in a breeding tank. I would like to use an 80% RO/ 20% RO waste mix to get a TDS of around 85ppm, will this effect the eggs?

IMO your reconstituting should not hurt the eggs!...Some people use their waste water to grow out fry or to raise other cichlids like africans, so based upon that I wouldnt think it should be a problem with your approach....In my case I reconstitute back with just tap water to get my desired ppms...

Should be fine if GH is between 3 - 6.
