Hi Val, is there anything sticking out of it? Can't tell from the pic.

I'd keep up the water changes, keep your tank very clean, add salt 2 tbsp/ 10 gals and keep an eye on it.

Just did a wc he got spooked and hit the filter tube and it poped like a zit now he has the pox type mark left behind just like a pimple.
Been doing a 50% change a day since I noticed this.
I have no idea what it could be maybe a cyst.
It doesnt seem to affect him in the least still eating good, good color ect and is the only one in the tank with it.
