Well, if you were trying to show it in a solid class, then the line of pigment is a fault. Otherwise I think it's just a random mutation - If bred I don't think it would produce that marking on it's offspring.

Thanks guys i didnt think it was but the reason i asked is becuse i had it up on aquabid and some one emailed me saying it was a defectid fish and that it should have been takin off auction lol.
