Here is a tank full of my green turquiose and red babies,only the reds babies look yellow instead of red. parents are red melon x red marlboro. Age range from 1 month to almost 4 months.

Hi Debbie:
Red is one of the last colors to develop. First pigeon based babies are muddy tan which turns to yellow, then pattern with red starting on the fins working toward the middle of the body. White continues to fill in and expand after adult. It is really fun to watch color and pattern develop :thumbsup:
