I had to share this. There has been a bear in my area for awhile and he loves bird seed. Here are the pics.

wow..that bear must be hungry. how is he hanging from that? and how did he get there? hes on a thin rope or clothesline? ive seen everything now..an overgrown rat!!!

That bear has determination! My sister gets them in too. They are artists at getting to bird seed.
I'd hate to see that line snap - LOL!!

Wow! Now that bear is determined.

My parents live in upstate NY and have had a bear around for a couple summers now. They had a huge bird feeder on a pole and he took it down smashed it up and ate the bird seed. They keep their koi pond covered in plants and hope he doesn't discover their four koi (about 18 inches each now).

I was amazed myself. The rope is only 1/4" nylon. The bear is about 250 pounds.

bears are real eaters. they can get REAL inventive when they're hungry. LOL

That must be some outstanding bird seed, or maybe he's going for a bird :D
