Male on Vacation

I have a female thats laying every six days or so but the male has stopped fertilizing. He cleans the cone tends the eggs but forgets to make the runs. Will seperateing them for a few days kick start him? Ive had fry before so it is a pair.

Maybe . . . if you feed him good and get him back in breeding condition. Maybe he is getting sick or flagellates . . .

i'd go with the idea that maybe there is something wrong with him too. sounds like he wants to. if that doesn't work, you can always add a different fish.
