Just wanting to hear from anyone who has used the azzo algae treatment in their tanks. I have a few slower growing anubias that have algae on the leaves and I was wanting to get rid of it before I transfer the plants to my new tank. Any experience with it would be much appreciated.

I have never used Azoo Algae Treatments. From my experience with any Algae
“quick cure”, is that they can help you in the short term. Problem is your tank’s ecosystem will become dependent on it and that will precipitate other problems.

IMO it’s best to find another way to control algae.

Like: low ph
low nitrates & nitrites
low phosphates
basically keep the water really clean and stable.

May take some time but…

That is my plant when I upgrade to the new bigger tank with a better lighting system. In the mean time I would like to use the plants from the problem tank and just wanted to know if the Azoo stuff really works to clear up the algae or should I save the almost $30 australian that it costs and try something else.

I’ve heard that most of the algae treatments are also hard on plants. In this case I don’t have much advice since I haven’t specifically used the azzo algae treatment.

Good luck cleaning your plans up.
