Packing for Singapore

Looks like it's in the 80's and raining. What should I bring to wear? Sleeveless summer clothes and sandals or long sleeves, pants and athletic shoes? Do I need a sweater? Umbrella?

Umbrella, and summer cloths. No jacket or sweater. Be sure to drink plenty of water when you are there. And take some tissues.

Umbrella, maybe, sweater/windproof jacket only if you're planning on staying up outside at night. The rainy seaon is over there (they have monsoon in August) Not saying it won't rain, but if it does, it'll stop soon or mainly drizzle for a whole day.

Everyone there thinks its awfully cold in November, December, January, but compared to the Northern US it's nice weather. Have a great trip! Singapore is such a nice clean city!

Make sure you take lots of pictures. Real excited to see them when you get back and recoup from the jet lag. :D

:D Yes April, I'm going too, you betcha!! Right now tying up loose ends, horse & dog caretakers, fish are on their own, auto feeders, lol. Frantically looking for an umbrella & sandals, maybe buy'm there, haha! Gosh I hate to pack, not a good traveler, but it's going to be great fun... plan to take lotsa pics...... Dottie :p

Checking the weather, it look's to be in the upper 80's during the day, dropping to the upper 70's at night, lot's of T-Storms and sun thru out.
If I was you, I'd bring the umbrella, booths, shorts, pants, sleeveless shirts, flippers, G-string, tong, sandals, sunglasses, bug spray, camera, rain coat, anti fungal and anti itch cream, M & M's, salt, Beano, Kayopectate and a clean pair of under wear.....
Take lot's of pictures to show us and Enjoy your trip!

T-shirts, shorts, sandals and credit cards..that's all you need...Have a great time.

Oh, boy carol and dottie... the problem is when you two get back here. It may be the reverse weather for ya. It may be very cold. And then to think that this is the rainy season for Singapore -- slickers sounds beneficial at this point, but a winter coat on the way back home here sounds beneficial too.
