How do u do water changes on artificialy reared fry?

how do u guys do water changes for artificially reared fry in small containers? right now i use a large syringe and airline tubing to siphon. i dont get all the particles out of the water and takes awhile, is there an easier way?

This is one method what Dick Au (Back to Nature) does and suggests.

This setup will require 2 identical containers. Have the second container ready with the fresh water. Using a gravy strainer with plastic mesh, pour the first container with the fry thru the strainer to ‘net’ the fry and place the fry into the fresh water. Clean the previous container to ready for the next wc.
