I've bought a Condutivity meter and the unit it uses is µs.
I get a read in my breading tanhs of 75µs.
My question is that i always heard that the ideal water for breedind is bettwen 25-300 ms .... not 25 - 300µs...
µs is the same that ms??? As long as i know 1µs=100ms???

µs = microsiemens

This is the correct usage. Discus breeds well at 25 - 300 microsiemens. Ignore ms.

Just FYI - in case you want to convert Microsemens into Total Dissolved Solids (since most conversations here refer to TDS), a reading of 50ppm on a TDS meter is roughly equivelant to 100 microsemens on a conductivity meter. Essentially, divide your microsemen number by 2 to compare readings to a comment regarding TDS.
