Is this the right stuff?

The picture shows a black power. From what I understand, it should be a purple like crystal.

I was driving all around this weekend, (home depot and sears) and cannot find PP anywhere.
I am going to bid on the e-bay auction if this is the right PP. Just wondering why the picture shows a black substance.

Or if there is a better source of PP online somewhere, a link would be greatly appriciated.

It was stated in the auction that is was a dark purple crystaline solid.

What exactly is this stuff used for?

I think it is used for external parasites and bacterial infections, but I am not certain, I don't think PP will help with white feces either~
