Check with your local Pepsi or Coke bottling plant, they give them away here.

I have never seen any thing at Homedepot or Lowes. I know that Fleet n Farm or Farm n Fleet have large drums though. Also, you can order one online through Grainger. They have them in stock.

If you go to yellow page web site and put in the keyword barrels and your city and state it gives 5 or 6 places you can check just a few miles from your home. here is the link to the yellow page web site.

If you need to get it online, try US Plastics (http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/category.asp?catalog%5Fname=USPlastic&category%5Fname=25&Page=1).

I got mine at a local pickle distributor. Ask around at grocery store's and Deli's. Find out where they get their pickles and olives. I have 55 gal's and 5 gal from these places. they are great.

I couldn't seem to find any here in Southern California. I ended by some from a guy out of LasVegas (Todd) selling them on ebay. Shipping was only $14.00 per barrel. His e-mail is BarrelCo1@aol.com...... I got three 55 gallon barrels from him......

Timotel, Lowes has the Rubbermaid commercial 40 gallon Or 45 can't remember, they are grey. I bought two of them and used them to age water and they worked very well. Very sturdy. I am using straight tap water now so I am not using the containers.
