Frozen Tubifex Worms

Does anybody use Hikari frozen tubifex worms? Are they safe, or do all tubifex spell trouble no matter how they are prepared?

Ive never fed live or frozen myself, but Ive used freeze dried for years with no problems at all.

Thanks Tony. I figure that the frozen stuff cant be that bad (at least it's safer than live foods) :D
