straight forehead

I have one question.
What do you think about " traight forehead" discus.
Are a good trait for a discus.

If by sraight you mean from the dorsal to the mouth is a straight line, personally I don't like it. I much prefer to see a smooth curve, no bumps.

Do you have a pic perhaps? If kind of hard to visualize exactly what you mean by a 'straight' forehead.

I don't mind a straightish forehead particularly if the discus is a high body type, quite acceptable. Gives the immpression of height.

If I understand what you mean by "straight forehead", I'd say that this is a feature common with in blue diamonds. I've seen some really gorgeous blue diamonds with a more flattened forehead and it didn't bother me.

I think overall body shape and having the eye be proportional to the body are much more important than the shape of the forehead.

Straight forehead is the best, imho. This is one of the hardest trait to breed in. hth.
