Need advice on smoothing out glass.Cut up bunch of glass for my QT tank,looks fine except is bit rough around edges.What is best way too clean that up?Thanks

You can buy some diamound grit sandpaper and sand the edges nice and round (must be diamond grit and buy at glass shops). I use 3 different grits, 60, 100 and 120 to get a nice smooth finished edge. It takes a bit of arm work or depending on how many pieces you have, you can take it to a glass shop to finish the edges as well.

Silicone carbide is the choice sand paper for finishing edges you will have a hard time finding it so go too a glass shop to get it,the way its done without useing a production run edging/grinding machine is to use an electric disk sander or a belt sander with 120 grit,the guy at the glass shop should be more than happy to show you.
