BGA and black outs

Do you practise blacking out tank when eritromicin treatment is conducted?

the blackout will work by itself if done properly. But the BGA will come back if you don't fix the reason why its there to begin with.
What are your tank parameters: water quality,amount of plants,co2 enriched,fertilizer regiment,etc
