4 2 2 tanks

I had about 11 melons size ranging from 3" to 4" for about 2 weeks. They seems to dart around when I approached, is the tank too big for them?

Is it a barebottom tank?? do you have any deco inside the tnak.. If it is an empty tank then yes it could be too big for them. try lowering your water level to decrease the space and see if that helps...

I would get the water parameters. Maybe you have a nitrite spike for some reason. I don't see the size as a problem for 3-4" fish, but, then, maybe they do. ;)
