Could someone please let me know if these readings are suitable for discus

pH--6.4
KH --3
GH --8
NO2--0
NO3--50

This 50 Gal tank has been set up and running now for about six months.
It is lightly planted. Currently has 6 medium angel fish All healthy.
I'm moving home and when I move the tank I was thinking of changing over to discus. I have another tank for the angels.

Everything is fine, except for nitrates. For discus, you want these preferably between 5 and 10 ppm. You will need to do more frequent water changes to get the nitrates down.

If you want to raise Juvies, you will have a problem with the gravel in your tank, keeping the nitrates down, and keeping the tank clean enough.

Give that it is a lightly planted, tank, and you're not big into planted tanks (if you were, it would be heavily planted), until you get the hand of discus, I'd suggest going bare bottom (the tank, that is-LOL).
