Age of discus?

I was wondering, assuming no stunting and average growth how old are 2.25" to 2.75" discus. Also how much growth do you all usually get from the little guys, say per month? I am sure your answers will vary but I am interested to see how all the replys vary. Thanks.

Probabally 10-12 weeks old.

I get about 10% growth a month give or take abit.
