Bald Eagle Nest

This is the neatest thing. My dad was telling Andrew about this website that one of his friends helps with. This is a bald eagle nest at one of the local lakes just outside of the Tulsa, OK area. It has a live webcam on the nest!!! You can watch the babies and the momma comes in with food for the babies. Our kids were just glued to it.

It is a little slow at first to pull up. The webcam time is set to central daylight savings.

Thats really cool, but its saying "Offline" for me right now so I guess I'll have to go back.

When I lived in Wa, one of the decomishioned ships that was just kinda floating there in the puget sound had eagle nests all over it. The day I went into labor with my first daughter... we were in my hubbys car and I was laying back looking out the sun roof and an eagle flew right over us. Gave me a good feeling :D .. just something I'll always remember.
