Pool Project

Hi guys,
i have not posted here for ages. great to see some of the old faces still around. i will definately make more of an effort to pop around a bit more.

i am looking for an old thread about a pool project. i think her name was 'beth' and she turned her swimming pool into a discus pond. i have been telling some friends about it and would love to show them some pics so if anyone has the link to the thread i would love it if you could podt it here.

Yep. It was Beth who used to be a mod here - and stops in from time to time.

I can't find the thread though. It was a while back and may be gone. Also Beth changed her user name which may be the problem.

Once I converted a pool to a Koi fish heaven, but those were ok with the outside heat/ cold year round. I always dream about a Discus pool. I guess the tricky part would be to keep the pool heated during winter...

I think Jim Quarles once converted his swimming pool into a giant Discus pond. You may want to do a google search on that one.

Actually I think that when Beth changed names it may have been deleted with the old account. I searched under Mrs. Tony S - her new name - and couldn't find it. Her old name, Beth A was gone - I think we're out of luck.
