Someone got a bath!!!

Poor guy!! lol.. he hated me after this! But Toby got a bath yesterday, so I decided I might as well get the cat too!! LOL... he did pretty good.

I've got persians and they get baths regularly (well been so busy so not so regularly as I should :(). My big lilac persian got mats so I ended up having to shave his tummy and he got a bath yesterday. He must have felt he needed it since he didn't complain and helped me by lifting up the stinky parts for me to wash :o . They then get blow dried LOL.

Tina... When I worked in a vet clinic, we had these two persians cats that came in everyother week for a bath... the poor things were allergic to their own dry skin!!! How strange is that?! But I would bath the poor things and they would just look at me with those big eyes. Then we blow dryed them too. Cicero ran away as soon as I got the blow dryer out!! LOL...

Actually I think its quite common in persians to be alergic to thier dry skin. I used to have one with the same problem and have had heard about it on may occasions. btw cute kitty

Heya Jon! Thanks :D we adopted him from a vet whose next door neighbor had abandoned them. He is a real sweetheart tho:D
