I "had" 6 juve marlboro reds. they got sick...2 unfortunately died. Two others are growing well and then the last two are also sick. I was told they probably had some kind of intestinal infection. The sick two are in a "hospital tank" that I've been treating with metrazonal (sp?). The two big fish (about 3 inches now) are in the main tank. They seem to be eating well but I noticed they're only moving one gill. the other moves slightly , not nearly as much as the other. Any idea on what is wrong and what I should do next?
Water conditions: temp 85 (88 in the hospital tank), ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates a little high at 15-20. I'm new to this game and obviously learning the hard way.........
