Can newborn guppies be fed to Discus, I breed guppis, and cant use them all.

You can try, as long as the guppy stock is clean of pathogens and parasites. Min, however, won't eat them.

I had some gups in my discus tank and they loved them

i've got about 25 large baby guppies in my tank, with a pregnant mom who killed the dad after she had the babies. She's about ready to have more babies any day and I'll let you know if the discus eat them.

Will eating guppies encourage the discus to eat their fry in the future?

It's probably their natural instincts that take over when they see the small guppies or fry and want to eat it.
