I am wondering if this product will would be affective against internal bacterial infections or should I go with something stronger. I am having some trouble with one fish who is dark and thin and not very active. No white feces or any external sighns, so I suspect internal bacterial. Let me know if anyone has had any luck with this product.

IMHO, it is not strong enough. It seems to work OK to promote healing of nipped/damaged fins (kind of like putting antibacterial ointment on your cut finger) and as a general external preventitive but not to treat infections.
