Well Guys I guess I am old!


My daughter ~ after 14 years of taking her to school ...graduates from high school this friday night!

....with honors I might add ~ There will be approx 6000 in attendance if you can believe that! Cld you imagine the parking? It is held down in the foot ball stadium ~ good thing ya think? We have like 15 people going and we are all meeting at Round Table at 5pm ~ She came home with her cap and gown and cords ~ pins ~

She was accepted in UC Davis but has since informed me she will be going to our local college instead for the first two years! Talk about falling out of my chair! She worked so hard to get where she is I never wld have thought ~ but she will be saving around 45k loans apparently ~ the girl def has done her homework ~

In preschool one minute ~ graduating high school the next ~ wow! Talk about mixed emotions here~

Congrats to the graduate and her Mom!! Mine made the walk at the end of May. It's a milestone in our lives, as well as theirs, I didn't cry, but prob will when college time comes, Sniff!

CONGRATS, MARIE! What a great feeling, huh? My middle son graduated from University of IL in May and I was beginning to think I wouldn't live to see it! He was on the 6 year plan. heh heh

One more to go, and my last one is going to be really tough.

Today is my Son's graduation from the 8th grade :). It goes so fast huh? I see my son in his suit and it makes me all misty eyed :cry:

Well ~ Graduation Night Awesome!

Here are a few pictures ~ they are not all that as we were so far away ~ but now know why 198 out of 200 pictures of all my fish turn out blurry! That zoom lens really works! I was surprised I actually got her and her boyfriend so well!

It was a teary night with memories and blasts from the past ~ ex's ~ old friends ~ I was glad to get home ......alone!
