Is anyone having problems with pop-up ads?

A member sent me a PM and said they were having an issue with pop-up ads anytime they entered or exited Simply. I don't have any kind of ads installed here other than the banners at the top and bottom of the forum, and I'm not getting any pop-ups when I enter or exit Simply. Is anyone else having these issues? If so, have you tried scanning your hard drive with an ad-ware removal tool? What was the result?

I'm not. That person needs to get a spyware/adware removal program IMO.

I agree... Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware are a couple of good (and free) spyware/adware removal tools.

Not me Ryan ~ I DO have a problem a lot lately ~ with it taking forever to load 'preview post'....and then to 'submit reply'.....and sometimes it never does and I must start all over:(

I clear all crap from enternet ex too and ran all scans every time this happens ~ but it always comes back:(

Gee with 5 spyware proggies and 2 of them on auto, I never see pop-ups anymore! And, they are all free! Well, ZA's came with the proram I bought, true.

I get none either on sd, although I get a few here and there on certain internet sites.
