Last year I was yardselling and stumbled across a surround sound system for $50
I looked up the price on the website and the speakers and subwoofer were going for $6500. I was like WOW!
So then last week I am on the computer and a site was saying these were a fraud and a rip off. Well I met a guy on craigslist.com who installs home theater systems and surveillance and told him about the speaker set. He had a 100gl acrylic with stand that he would trade for the surround sound.
I get to his house to make the trade and he lived in a 6000 square foot home. He loved the surround sound I got the 100gl tank another 30gl hex acrylic, the stand, 2 fluval filters, heaters, 4 huge pieces of african driftwood, lights, and everything else he had for fish. I would say I walked away with $1000-$2000 worth of equiptment. I'd think we both got a great deal but I'm in fish heaven today.
