Going to Las Vegas...... Any interesting Aquarium Displays to check out?

I'm going to Las Vegas in September and I've not been there for 11 years........ and I was wondering if there are any diplay tanks in casinos to check out?

When I was last there Treasure Island had a large reef tank.

Any help would be greatly appriciated :)

Mandalay Bay has the Shark Reef exhibit which is very cool.

There are a few others - I just can't recall where.

Mirage / Treasure Island has the dolphins and the white tigers.

I went to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay and I thought it was completely awsome--stayed there for hours--the American Zoo Assoc. (or whatever it's called--don't remember) is ranking it as one of the best aquatic exhibits in the country.

just got back from vegas.

THe shark reef is a must see.
THe mirage as a hudge aquarium behind the concierge desk
Mgm as a few nice one at the rain forest retaurant.
and finally ceasar as a few one with lots of male pregnant hipocamp.

all saltwater, most of them have the same fish

I lived in vegas for 15 years - 14 years ago. Unfortunately, vegas doesnt concern themselves with trivial things such as aquariums (wish they did). I've seen the Treasure Island one at the entrance and it is very nice and that is probably as nice as it gets for most places. They are more concerned about the all american greenback. If you wanted to take a better trip for aquaria, monterey would be a good choice.

well......... it's not just a trip to see aquariums.......... this is the first time I've been back in 11 years :)

I've been to Montery and it was awesome.......... I'd also like to go to the Aquarium of the Pacific but that will have to wait till next trip.

I figured, lol.

I still have family there (mom and dad) so I have visited every year or so since 1992 when I joined the Air Force at age 21. There is many things to see and do so have fun on the trip and let me know if there are some nice LFS's. I havent ever been to any. I wasnt into the hobby then, lol. My hobby was drinking beers with friends and gambling (surprised?)
