Other than small time basement breeders...I think your probably SOL....Unless things have changed in the last year(which I doubt)
There used to be Don Gross in Red Deer, he used to have some really nice stuff...pretty sure he doesnt do discus anymore though...

Wish I could help you more...

there arent any. arent any in bc either really...jason is a breeder from superior discus..in vancouver..he relocated. but..hes not breeding right now..hes busy getting his fish store going.
to get good quality discus....your best bet is to get them shipped. talk to frank of gold mountain discus. he has nice ones..and he ships to canada. or..check out barb newell in sponsor section. she has some.
guess i should breed some. : )

Well if there are any basement breeders looking at this CONTACT me please!!! ryan_doolittle@hotmail.com or call me at 403 223-9314

I have tried to contact discus dave about some of his stdenker(sp?)/hans discus maybe some asian discus but no reply yet. I havent looked at Barbs stuff yet but I heard that she has some nice White Butterflys and Checkerboards.

Last note I would be willing to buy adults or sub adults. I know there are people out there that buy 6 or 8 to get 1 pair. I would take the remaining fish.

dont forget Bob Garside of Upper Canada Discus. he has shipped to Alberta and there is no cross-border issues to deal with. he has Wayne Ng discus too if you are looking for quality.

These are the mazes when they were still in Bob's tank, I picked 6 from this group. The best thing you could do is to email Bob, find out what he has in stock and then ask for his pricelist. He's a super nice guy, just give him a email and he will help you out.
