I'm sure a lot of us have seen the movie Pay It Forward, and understand the principle behind it. I'm sure we all have stuff lying around that we don't use/need that someone else may want. It's the "One man's trash is another's treasure" theory.
The rules are:
1. Due to shipping costs, this is limited to the Continental United States only. Other threads could be started for those outside the Continental United States (ie: Pay It Forward in Canada, etc...)
2.. The person "Paying It Forward" must pay the shipping of the item to the recipient.
3. The recipient must in turn Pay It Forward with another item, and pay the cost of shipping to the recipient.
4. This is First Come, First Serve, so the first one to "claim" the item gets it! (Provided they qualify, by living in the Continental United States)
5. The items must be fish or aquarium-keeping related.
6. These items are NOT for sale. They are given free of charge (with the exception of shipping costs).
