Can Epsom Salt be safely used with Tetras, Cories and BNs in the tank or should it be used in QT tank only?

I've not had any probs using epsoms salts with these fish.

Thanks, Paul and Bill. Its not really salt, right? I think Magnesium something or other?

Just wanted to be sure.

Yes, it is a salt. Just not table salt (Sodium Chloride). See here (http://www.school-for-champions.com/science/chemsalts.htm) for an explanation of what is a salt.
