please help with metronidazole treatment

i started saturday 800mg/200l per day
(180mg/10gal)

i have 6 discus in the tank
ive treated with parasite clear tabs 2 weeks back
2 discus isnt doing well
they have white poo and dont eat(the one try but spits it out again,the other one only looks interested
(they dont hide)
my question is
should i continue with the metronidazole untill the poo (white) clear up ?
my temp = 30deg
ph = 6.5
does the metronidazole damage the biological filter aswell?
i do +- 10gal/50litre waterchange before each treatment

Temp needs to be 92+. dose metro every 8 hours for 5 days. daily WC of 50%. Keep temp elevated for a week after tx ends, slowly lower 1 or 2 degree per day. Feed sparingly of favorite foods like blood worms. Keep tank clean. Metro does NOT affect biofilter.

I agree with Carol's advice but to be clear 92F (33-34C) temperature

As well as what Carol and Larry advise your dosage is too low, you need to be in the range of 400mg to 500 mg per 40 litre (or 10 gallons). Unfortunately your dosage is even lower than the old recommended dosage of some years back.
