Has anyone purchased from that guy, George Garcia on Ebay?

He's selling quite a bit on there. Prices are quite low.

I've bought from George several times but not through Ebay. He is a great guy to deal with.

Hi, I have bought from George many times in the past on E-bay. He is a very nice guy.Truely cares about the hobby. Feel confident in purchasing from him.

george has been in discus for many years and hes quite particular in the discus he likes and sells. he also sells some supplies.

If its George from AZ (phoenix, I believe) he is stand up. I know he was cutting down quite a bit a while ago.

I agree with everyone else. I bought Rams from him. Excellent quality, excellent packing, VERY nice guy, plus I have baby Rams now!

I would totally bypass his auction and just contact him directly. Tell him what you're looking for and work with him directly. Not that his auction isn't for nice fish, but he may have something other than what's listed that you'd be interested in.

George is a nice guy who's been around the boards for quite some time. He does other fish besides discus but all of his fish were high quality and healthy.

thanks all for the info all!!

found it a funny place to sell fish.. but guess anything goes on ebay. I was interested in the rams.. and read that he has discus too.

George has some very high quality Discus, and many of them are homebred
too.

I bought some hard goods from George in the past, and was very pleased. Was very helpful and informative over the phone. He's got nice angels, in addition to discus.

Ditto what everybody else said. George won't stear you wrong and is one of the guys who really cares about what he's doing.
