Cloudy eye is usually a sign of bad water. Even though your parameters seem ok, there are DOCs (dissolved organic compounds) larry's favorite term..:) in the water that your test kit will not pick up. What is your WC shedule? Normally with a lot of WCs the cloudy eyes will clear up. If it doesn't than in may be an intestinal infection. Does your fish poop ok? Nice brown poop?

Not surprisingly I totally agree with Reid. Up your wc schedule, at least temporarily. I would only use an antibiotic (Furan 2) as a last resort.

poop is ok w/c every other day about 50%, I'll keep up with w/c"s and see what happens. I"ll do w/c"s evry day for a while and see.
thanks
