help, my discus won't eat

i bought some discus to go in my 10 gallon goldfish tank and the discus won't eat the flakes like the goldfish do. i was told they like warm water, should i put a heater in the tank? what temp?

If you are serious I suggest you take the discus back or get a seperate and much bigger tank. Discus need temps in the 82-86f range, goldfish usually in th 60f range.

yeah, been pretty busy these days. fishing, hunting, and now slowly moving. picked up a 110 acrylic setup but the bottom of the tank is toast. gotta cut it off and glue on a new bottom, so i'm in the process of trying to find tcfish phone number so i can get some expert advice. i used to have it but i lost it, you don't have it do you al?

went with a friend to manistee fishing the piers in lake michigan for steelies, he got this nice hen last weekend. i got a smaller male sunday.

I sure hope you don't have any more than 15 adults in that 10 gallon tank!
Are you keeping steelies in you tanks now? I smoked up the last one's you dropped off (yumm). Looks like your still slayin em. You'll have to stop by and get some discus once you get that 110 up and running. You'll need to stock it up like the ol' 180...
