Picture for my profile?

I have uploaded my picture and it doesn't show up in my thread profile as you can see to my left. The image size is 100x100 pixels and is only 19 K. What did I do wrong?

if you'd like the pic to show up on the left there under your nick, try the "edit avatar" option

(Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
