Decapsulating Brineshrimp Eggs

Hi,

I have tried Decapsulating BrineShrimp Eggs, after soaking the eggs for 1 hour in freshwater I pour in the same amount of bleach in there. However it took about 50 mins for the eggs to turn white-ish orange. Does it take this long for the eggs to turn orange? I have read that it takes a few minutes.

Depends on how much bleach you use..If you try to do it fast and the eggs get too hot they won't hatch later.
