Age and Size

Hi guys, can any of you who has a lot of experience growing discus, give an approximate scale of sizes by age. I think it would be useful for me and other begginers to know whether our discuses are growing fast enough and whether we are doing things right.

I'm no pro but what I've seen since I changed my ways. I have a 55 gallon tank. It gets a water change every other day thats about 30-50% I take out then put in. Its a bare bottom tank and I got 5 babies at 1" now 2 months later there about 3.6". What i have heard is that they grow till the first year. So an inch a month should be good. But as they get older I think it slows down.
